You can start a wholesale enquiry with a short list. Give the product names, required sizes and quantities, then add the delivery country. If you need custom labels, particular reports or repeat supply, mention that too. You do not need to finish every detail before contacting us, but the more clearly you describe the order, the more useful the first reply can be.
1. List Products and Quantities
Use one line for each product and size. State whether the quantity means individual units, packs or a weight of bulk powder. If you already have a specification sheet, share it with the enquiry. For repeat purchases, include the previous order reference and describe any changes. This helps avoid quoting a different size or packaging arrangement from the one your team expects.
2. Describe the Practical Details
Include the destination, preferred delivery period and any reports required for your purchasing review. For private-label work, describe the packaging and whether artwork is ready. These details affect what needs to be checked before quotation. U.S. and Hong Kong warehouse options are reviewed against the products and destination; a warehouse location alone does not promise stock or a fixed arrival date.
3. Review the Quote Together
Check the product list, quantities, price, payment arrangement and shipping cost. Ask which reports will be provided and whether the quoted preparation time covers custom packaging. If you expect repeat orders, describe the likely frequency without treating future pricing as fixed. Confirm the agreed details with our team before proceeding so both sides are working from the same order information.
