A product listing may show a fixed size, a range or a custom requirement. Those labels help you start an enquiry, but they do not all describe ready-to-order pack options. Before adding a product, check what the size refers to and decide how many units you need. For bulk powder, state the required weight and how you want it packed.
1. Separate Size from Quantity
Use two pieces of information: the product size and the quantity of units. For example, a request can state “NAD+, 500 mg, quantity 2” without implying that every product uses the same packaging. Ask us to confirm what one unit includes. If a listing shows a range such as 10–60 mg, ask for the available sizes within it; the range is not a complete list of individual packs.
2. Check the Product Version
Full names and versions matter as much as size. For a blend, ask for the ingredients and the amount of each ingredient in the proposed product. For a product with several versions, identify the version you need. A shared name or a similar total weight does not establish an identical composition. We will check these details against the product information available for the order.
3. Add Packaging Requirements
For a listed product, choose the available option and quantity. For a custom order, tell us about the form, label and outer packaging you need. You can send an existing packaging reference or describe the changes in words. Minimum quantities and preparation time depend on the work involved, so they are confirmed as part of the quotation rather than assumed from a catalogue image.
